Design renovation of an apartment in Ruzafa.
The reform starts from a meticulous architectural project based on the client's needs. Cicerone was the construction company in charge of shaping the project, assuming the challenge of accurately capturing the architect's idea.
The design of the reform follows an avant-garde and elegant line with some nods to the past. The project seeks to provide the apartment with modern finishes and features in contrast to the recovery of certain original elements such as exposed brick or mosaic floors. Its mission is to bring character and uniqueness to the whole.
Among a myriad of peculiarities, carpentry work stands out for volume and quality. In the living room-dining room-kitchen space, the similarity of the furniture generates a game of symmetries that merges and integrates both spaces in an intelligent way. Another noteworthy detail is the use of black coverlam porcelain both for the kitchen counter and anti-splash front as well as for the bottom of the living room furniture. This material also covers the floor and walls of the bathroom, providing great elegance in combination with the indirect lighting and the aged copper wall lights.
The result is a sophisticated and practical apartment, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living-dining room and kitchen space connected to the outside thanks to a large folding window.
