This reform project arises from the owner's need to completely remodel the characteristics and benefits of an old house, located on the first floor of a two-story house. After several meetings on the property, the main lines of the project were defined, to completely redistribute the floor to obtain a much more modern and functional distribution, generating spacious and bright spaces.

Clients' taste for the open concept focused the redistribution on access to the house, resulting in a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. The space is perfectly lit thanks to the location of the building on the corner and the presence of a large number of windows facing the outside. Another important detail was to recover a small terrace completely wasted to create a pleasant and useful outdoor space. A large window gives access to this space and illuminates the corridor, making the transit through it much more pleasant.

The reform and the choice of materials follow a modern line with a clear predominance of light colors. The cold tones contrast with the warmth of the parquet floors and with different pieces of furniture. The house was equipped for greater comfort with metal carpentry with high performance double glazing, air conditioning through ducts and heating with a gas boiler.
