The reform of this penthouse was based on improving its benefits while preserving the original essence of the property. The penthouse originally had a practical and functional distribution, which allowed the renovation to focus entirely on the finishes.

The main transformation took place in the living-dining room area, where the façade hole was enlarged to connect the interior and exterior through a large window. This carpentry presides over the room, flooding the interior of the property with natural light. In the kitchen, an open concept in a modern style was chosen, in contrast to the original hydraulic floors. The needs plan contemplated housing an office area, for which the smallest bedroom was sacrificed. This space was left open to the corridor to reduce its length and increase the luminosity. At the other extreme, heating was installed using a gas boiler and double-glazed carpentry to improve the performance of the property.
