The choice of different flooring materials allowed a clear separation of spaces to be established. In the sleeping area, a natural bleached oak parquet floor was chosen to provide warmth. In the living/dining room space, an impressive motorised window with minimalist profiles framed a magnificent view of the Jardines del Real, the Jardines del Turia and the old town of Valencia.
The level of detail and attention to detail in the execution of the finishes was exceptional, but the woodwork by Nomi deserves a special mention. The wide variety of made-to-measure elements represented a real challenge in terms of quality and requirement, including more than 20 linear metres of built-in wardrobes, fully customised with different types of opening and finishes, various pieces of furniture, headboards with small tables and integrated electrical mechanisms, floating bed frames, the entire set of kitchen furniture and different sections of latticework.
