This project was born with the challenge of transforming the basement of the Cicerone offices into a functional and prestigious space, becoming a clear example of what our renovation studio in Valencia can achieve. With a surface area of 100 m², the goal was to convert an unused space into a place where the team could disconnect during the workday and, at the same time, showcase to clients the true potential of a high end comprehensive renovations in Valencia

The intervention included the complete refurbishment of the space, a hallmark of the design renovations in Valencia that seek to maximize space and light. The project features a custom-made kitchen featuring terracotta-toned lacquered cabinetry, a large-format stone countertop and backsplash, and recessed lighting in the ceiling of the niche that houses it. The color choice for the kitchen furniture integrates seamlessly with the color palette that defines the entire space.

The bathroom walls were lined with large-format grey tiles, combined with handmade pink hexagonal ceramic tiles used as an accent wall. The vanity was designed as a floating stone shelf, completed with a one-piece countertop washbasin and built-in copper-finish faucets.

Several plasterboard niches were created across the walls, lined internally with green and cream ceramic tiles and hidden lighting, adding the character and uniqueness that define our renovation projects in Valencia. The original concrete column was left exposed, integrating as one more element of the composition.
