Comprehensive renovation of an apartment in the Monteolivete neighborhood, Valencia.
This comprehensive reform project was born from the interest on the part of the owners to adapt an uninhabited apartment for years. Despite having a surface area of 90 m² and three rooms, the final proposal proposed a layout fully adapted to its current needs. The use of the property as a permanent residence for two people, and their preference for spacious spaces, resulted in a one-bedroom apartment.
The style of the reform follows a modern and sober design with quality finishes. The needs plan prioritized locating the kitchen in communication with the dining room space and providing the property with a large storage capacity, for which every dead corner of the apartment was used. The choice of light tones contrasts with the parquet floors, enhancing the feeling of warmth that wood provides.
Numerous details make this project a very special reform. The designer radiators, the built-in extractor hood, the hidden handles of the kitchen furniture in a tone similar to that of the floor or the sliding door to the master bathroom with a hidden guide are some of the most noteworthy aspects. The renovation also includes a meticulous lighting project, based on modern down lights integrated into the false ceiling.
Several months of work have resulted in a one-bedroom apartment with an en-suite bathroom, a courtesy toilet, a living-dining room with an integrated office and a modern kitchen with utility room.
