Comprehensive renovation of an apartment in the exclusive neighbourhood of Pla del Remei, Valencia.
Cicerone successfully completed the comprehensive renovation of this 154 m² home, located in a historic 1900 building in the Pla del Remei neighborhood. The goal of the project was to modernize the property while respecting its original essence and improving both the functionality and efficiency of the spaces.
During the renovation, various structural and aesthetic improvements were made. Key original features, such as the high ceilings with decorative moldings and hydraulic tiles, were carefully restored, preserving the historic character of the building. At the same time, high-quality materials, such as natural wood floors, were integrated, adding warmth and durability to the rooms.
Cicerone’s work included a new layout to optimize the design and adapt it to current needs. Three bedrooms were created, one of them with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a modern kitchen equipped with Corian countertops and state-of-the-art appliances. The open-concept kitchen flowed seamlessly into the living room, creating a spacious, bright area ideal for daily living.
Regarding the installations, a ducted hot/cold air conditioning system was installed, and custom-made storage solutions with handcrafted built-in closets were created.
Every detail was planned to maximize comfort and energy efficiency, from lighting to space distribution. The result was a home that combined the elegance of classic architecture with the features of a modern renovation, all executed to the highest standards of quality and attention to detail by Cicerone.
