This intervention encompassed the comprehensive renovation of a 140 sqm apartment located in the centre of Valencia. The main objective was to transform it into a contemporary and functional space. The execution focused on a configuration that merged modern aesthetics with solutions optimizing habitability, conferring outstanding functionality to the space.
To achieve this, a complete redistribution was implemented, resulting in two bedrooms, one of them equipped with a walk-in closet of ample capacity and functionality. The kitchen was integrated into the living room space, favoring social interaction and the perception of spaciousness. Additionally, two complete bathrooms were designed, and storage areas were optimized in all rooms. The interior carpentry, including passage doors and integrated floor-to-ceiling wardrobe doors, was fundamental in enhancing visual continuity and the sense of spaciousness throughout the apartment.
The custom carpentry, encompassing the kitchen, bathroom furniture, and fixed solutions, was executed by Nomi. The lighting design was developed by Illumination Works, ensuring an adequate atmosphere in each room. Finally, the overall architectural conception of this transformation was carried out by Eseiesa Arquitectos.
