For this renovation, we undertook the complete transformation of a 100 sqm usable commercial premises, located on the ground floor of a building in the center of Valencia. The objective was to preserve valuable original structural and material elements, while providing the space with new functionality aligned with a contemporary and serene architectural language.
Structural wooden beams and exposed brick panels were integrated into a timeless proposal. The continuous microcement flooring in a light tone visually unified the spaces and enhanced natural light. On the façade, anthracite grey metal frames with large format glazing were installed.
The air conditioning system was resolved with hidden ducts in the false ceiling, ensuring optimal energy efficiency. The kitchen was designed without upper cabinets, featuring low green lacquered furniture and earth-toned ceramic flooring, favoring a lighter perception of the space.
In the bathroom, a suspended vanity was chosen above a floor-to-ceiling mirror, along with textile-effect vinyl wallpaper and specific ceramic coverings. Indirect lighting completed the intervention, creating a warm, coherent, and functional atmosphere.
