Complete renovation of a commercial premise in Ruzafa for the facilities of a real estate
Renovation carried out in 2016-2017. This project was considered a challenge given the need of generating a 180 m² open space which was special in some way.
Unique renovation finished in 2017. The project set out some challenges as it was a wide 180 m² space which should be kept like this but transmitting personality and originality at the same time. The key was that the blend of materials had to assume the prominence and helped to generate different spaces inside just one open space.
The blend of materials is nice and the result is a warm ensemble. The wall coverings with the recovered facing brick assume a great importance and are combined with the straight and white lines in a correct fusion of tradition and modernity. They also contribute in a small way the exposed concrete pillars, the Celenit ceilings and the parquet in natural wood (oak). In the toilet there is also a cladding in lacquered glass (lacobel) which gives a feeling of cleanliness.
Regarding the interior design, we have meticulously studied the lighting by means of downlights and indirect LED lights which fall over the facing brick. In relation to the furniture, we have designed unique pieces such as the work tables covered with microcement. The furniture in the reception, also our own design, follows the same line of finishes.
All the external carpentries were replaced and were closed on the perimeter with Dekton, material with a quality higher than Silestone. This way, we obtain a façade completely polished which allows the passage of light and shows all the depth of the premise.
The air conditioning and ventilation are solved by means of a system by ducts with a linear grille perfectly integrated in the ceiling.
