Comprehensive renovation of an apartment in El Cabañal, Valencia.
The starting point for this architectural project was an old property in El Cabañal, located just a few minutes from Las Arenas beach. The client, for whom Cicerone had already renovated another property of his in the past, had no doubts when it came to commissioning this new project.
The apartment had an excessively compartmentalised layout and original finishes. The first step was to organise all the spaces to obtain a practical and functional distribution. This new organisation resulted in a very compact home, with hardly any passageways and with a clear separation of the different rooms.
The simplicity of the project continued in the interior design of the apartment, with a contemporary style and a relaxing coastal atmosphere. The predominance of light tones on all surfaces conveyed peace and increased the feeling of brightness in the property. In contrast, high-performance dark-coloured joinery was installed, giving the whole an elegant and distinguished touch. The renovation project was completed with a ducted air-conditioning system and meticulous custom-made woodwork.
