Partial renovation of a majestic apartment next to Mercado Central of Valencia.
The aim of the renovation was focused on preserving the majestic nature of the property by improving its features at the level of finishes. In this regard, two works are more important than the others, the wooden floors and the new kitchen.
For the floor, we use one made of oak natural wood, in herringbone patter and with the perimeter enclosed in the entrance hall. This change contributed to increase the elegance of a classical apartment characterized by its high ceilings with mouldings. The kitchen was completely renovated, giving a fresh and modern air to the ensemble. In addition, the large wood windows were changed by aluminium windows with double glazing and thermal bridge breaking, largely improving the energetic features of the apartment.
Other tasks carried out in this renovation project were some improvements in the bathrooms, the built-in closets were completely upholstered, some electrical works and the painting of the entire apartment.
In short, an elegant renovation together with a correct interior design project makes from this property a sophisticated apartment in the very historic centre of Valencia.
